1. Who we are

Jet Closer LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes through this website and its educational services. This policy applies to our website, digital products, related purchases, and communications with our team.

Third-party checkout, scheduling, video, and course services also process information under their own notices. Their practices are explained in the links below.

2. Information we collect & why

• Messages and support: your name, email address, any phone number you provide, message contents, and relevant order details. We use these to answer questions, resolve issues, and keep records of our communications.
• Purchases and delivery: when you order, we may receive your contact details, product purchased, payment status, order reference, billing or tax information, and refund or dispute records from the checkout provider. We use these to fulfill your order, support access, handle billing issues, and meet accounting obligations. Full card details are handled by the payment provider, not collected in a payment form on this website.
• Applications and scheduling: the details you submit through our scheduling service, such as your name, email, selected time, time zone, and answers to application questions. We use them to assess your request and arrange the call. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your application.
• Website and device information: pages visited, referring URLs, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, timestamps, and interactions such as button clicks or expanded FAQs. Hosting and embedded services also receive network information, including your IP address, when your browser connects. We use operational data to deliver and secure the site and analytics to understand how visitors use it.
• Browser preferences and timing: locally stored countdown timing and offer reminder state allow those displays to remain consistent during repeat visits or reloads. See section 4.

Required purchase or booking information is identified by the relevant form. Without information needed to process an order or arrange a call, we may be unable to provide that service. We do not use the website’s analytics events to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Legal bases where required

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar rules apply, processing needed for your purchase or requested call is based on taking steps at your request or performing a contract. Accounting and required disclosures are based on legal obligations. Security, ordinary support, and service improvement may rely on legitimate interests where your rights do not override those interests. Where consent is required for marketing or optional technologies, consent is the relevant basis and may be withdrawn. This policy itself is not a request for, or a substitute for, that consent.

3. Service providers

We use service providers to host our website, understand website usage, process payments, deliver content, communicate with customers, and arrange appointments. They receive information needed for those functions and may also process information for their own security, account, or legal purposes.

Hosting & analytics

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. We use Umami Cloud for website analytics, including page visits, referral information, device characteristics, and interactions with our content. Umami’s standard analytics tracker does not use tracking cookies. We do not intentionally include customer names, email addresses, payment details, or application answers in our custom analytics events. See the Vercel Privacy Notice and Umami Privacy Policy.

Advertising measurement

We use Meta Pixel and server-side conversion measurement to understand the performance of our advertising. When advertising measurement is enabled for your checkout, confirmed purchases may be sent to Meta with the amount, currency, transaction reference, and a hashed email address for matching. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Available advertising cookie identifiers and browser information help connect a purchase with an ad visit. Meta may receive page URLs, referring information, browser and device details, IP addresses, cookie identifiers, and interaction data, and may associate this with your Meta account or advertising profile. Advertising cookies, including _fbp and _fbc where applicable, help attribute visits to ads. Checkout providers may also support payment conversion measurement under their own settings and notices. Payments & digital delivery

Our checkout uses Whop and its payment providers to process purchase and payment information. The embedded payment service also receives technical information when it loads. We receive the order details needed to deliver your product and provide support. We use Klaviyo to organize customer profiles and deliver access information. Following successful payment, we send the buyer’s email address and available name to our customer list. Adding a buyer to this list does not itself change their marketing subscription preference. Scheduling

Our appointment provider processes the contact details, availability, time zone, and application information you submit to arrange a call. An embedded booking tool may also receive technical information when it loads, even if you do not make a booking. Its privacy notice and cookie controls are available through the booking interface.

Embedded media & external services

Third-party media and other embedded services may receive device, network, and interaction information when loaded or used, and may use cookies or similar technologies. Account settings with the provider can affect this processing. Where Google-hosted media is used, the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google’s processing. External links open services governed by their own privacy notices.

4. Cookies, browser storage & tracking choices

We use browser storage to remember display settings and promotional reminder state between page visits or reloads. Persistent entries remain until you clear site data; session entries generally clear when the browsing session ends, subject to your browser’s restoration settings. These entries do not contain your name, email address, or payment details.

Embedded and linked providers may use their own cookies and similar technologies. You can manage available preferences through their controls and your browser settings. Blocking or clearing site data may affect some features. Some embedded tools connect to their provider when loaded, while others connect when you interact with them.

Do Not Track: our analytics configuration does not automatically change in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Browser privacy settings and content-blocking tools can restrict third-party requests. Our Meta Pixel is enabled by default unless you have opted out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Use the “Privacy choices” control at the bottom of this privacy page to allow or decline, or withdraw your permission. We remember your choice for up to 180 days. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling our Meta Pixel. These controls apply to our website pixel and are passed to our server-side purchase measurement when checkout starts; embedded providers have their own controls. Advertising measurement may constitute sharing or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. Third-party services may collect information about activity over time and across websites under their own notices and your settings.

5. Disclosure & international processing

We disclose information to providers as needed for hosting, analytics, payment, delivery, communications, and scheduling, as described above. Authorized team members can access information needed for their work. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, in response to legal obligations, to protect rights and prevent fraud, or in a merger or business transfer with appropriate protections.

We do not sell customer contact lists. Third-party providers may act on our instructions for some processing and independently for their own account, security, or legal purposes. Their independent practices are described in their notices.

We are a US company, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries with different privacy laws. Where a restricted international transfer is subject to applicable data protection law, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism is required. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

6. Retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfilling purchases, providing support, handling disputes, and meeting applicable tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Relevant factors include the duration of our relationship, the type of record, applicable legal periods, and any unresolved claim. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Analytics records are retained according to the applicable service settings and retention periods. Embedded and checkout providers retain their own records under their policies. Browser storage follows the durations explained in section 4. You can ask us about the retention of your particular records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information and restrict access. No website, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your rights & choices

Contact support@jet-closer.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to ask how it is used. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to our business, you may also have rights to data portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and appeal of a denied request. Some records must be retained by law or for legitimate purposes.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Please provide enough information to locate your records without sending payment-card details or unnecessary identification documents. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Authorized agents may contact us with evidence of their authority where local law permits.

You can object to direct marketing at any time and use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email. Necessary order and service messages may still be sent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If EU, EEA, or UK data protection law applies, you can complain to your local data protection authority. Applicable US state privacy rights, including any right to opt out of a covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, are available to the extent that law applies to the processing and our business. Exercising a legal privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

8. Children & policy updates

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
